Great news!! We
have just booked and confirmed our flights to Israel for October 10th
for 2 weeks! I am most excited as I have not yet spent Sukkot in Israel and
very curious to see how they celebrate over there.
It
is sad that here is South Africa you do not see or hear very much as I am not
exposed to anything here, however in Israel it is a different story!
Therefore
I intend to take in as much as possible!
We
have never gone to Israel for such a short period of time and normally spend a
minimum of 1 month so this will be somewhat difficult with all the friends and
family to see and visit especially over the holidays!
So
I will excitedly begin my count down and prepare my list of everything that I want
to ensure I do not miss out on! In the meantime, if any of you have something I
should go look at, questions, dishes that are typically prepared for Sukkot,
please drop me line!
